This class offers a fresh perspective on contemporary dance by focusing on disruption through high-intensity movement phrases that push the boundaries of movement patterns and stamina. The practice starts with a traditional warmup to strengthen your body before heading into the unknown. This class will guide you toward expanding your virtuosity and gaining a fresh perspective on movement language.
